AKC Canine Good Citizen/Trick Dog

Please find below the form needed to register for the AKC Canine Good Citizen/Canine Good Citizen Advanced & Trick Dog. All information is on the form.

Dogs must wear a buckle, martingale or slip collar with a 6-foot leash for testing. Dogs must wear a buckle, martingale, or slip collar with a 6-ft leash for testing. Participants must provide any props needed for their dogs.
